Let's get to know each other!

My Journey

My sound therapy career began years ago after being gifted a Tibetan singing bowl and ever since then, I have been fascinated by the healing effects of vibrations and frequencies. I suffered from anxiety for many years and I found that Sound Healing was the only thing that was able to calm my mind and help me be present. I’ve studied at the Sound Healing Academy and found a true passion for helping people find tools that work for them on their healing journeys.

I graduated from FLY Vinyasa Yoga program in Spain with my 200-hour certification in 2019. Yoga has transformed my life and my body and helped me connect with myself through movement meditation. I enjoy helping others find that mental focus and relaxation through my yoga classes.

In my OT career, I have worked a lot with adults with neurological disorders (spinal cord injuries, strokes, TIA, traumatic brain injuries) and various physical disabilities in all healthcare settings. I’m trained in craniosacral techniques and love incorporating them into my treatment sessions. My main focus is always a holistic approach to health. I love collaborating with my clients and their family to create personal, realistic, and attainable goals.
